The Ralph Lauren Center for Cancer Care (RLCCC) is
a New York State Article 28 Certified Diagnostic and Treatment Center. It was
founded in partnership with Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, one of the
world’s foremost cancer centers, and North General Hospital, a community
hospital that served Harlem for more than 30 years. As an independent 501(c)(3)
charitable organization, RLCCC focuses on the prevention, diagnosis and
treatment of cancer through new models of patient care, research, education and
outreach designed to address the unique needs of the community. It serves an area
of New York City that has one of the highest national cancer mortality rates.
