    The Madison County Rural Health Council (MCRHC) responds to the inefficiencies and gaps in the county’s public health and health care systems. The network addresses the needs through a variety of functions including: conducting health assessment and analysis, addressing emerging health and health care issues, developing affiliation agreements among providers, coordinating professional recruitment efforts, and encouraging community and consumer involvement in the network.

    Mission: The MCRHC will catalyze information sharing, access to healthcare and linkages among providers to improve the health of people in Central New York.
