  • About Us

Habitat for Humanity Lakeside, founded in 1993, is a local affiliate of

    Habitat for Humanity International.

We are a nonprofit, ecumenical Christian ministry founded on the conviction that every man, woman and child should have a decent, safe and affordable place to live. We build with people in need regardless of race or religion. We welcome volunteers and supporters from all backgrounds.

Serving both Sheboygan and Ozaukee Counties, Habitat for Humanity Lakeside has built or refurbished 27 homes — 20 in Sheboygan County and 7 in Ozaukee County — and relies upon volunteers to govern the affiliate via its Board of Directors and operate the committees that work together to organize house builds.
