    Rutgers AAUP-AFT (AFL-CIO) is the faculty union at Rutgers University, a member-driven democratic union advocating through collective bargaining and other methods for quality public higher education and quality working conditions for academic workers at all faculty ranks from graduate student employees to tenured faculty, Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) counselors to part-time faculty, and full-time faculty who are working off the tenure track as well as faculty who are on the tenure track. We represent over 7000 faculty and staff on the Camden, Newark, and New Brunswick-area campuses of Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey. We are jointly affiliated with the national American Association of University Professors (AAUP) and national American Federation of Teachers (AFT).
