Worldly Goods is a non-profit, fair trade store located in downtown Ames, Iowa. Worldly Goods provides a marketplace for artisans of the world to receive a fair income and support their families. Volunteers are a key component of this not-for-profit organization and share the stories of the artisans. The Mission Statement: Worldly Goods inspires social justice, sustainable livelihoods, and environmental resiliency by providing a marketplace for artisans of the world to earn a living wage, support their families, and develop their communities.
