Crow's Shadow Institute of the Arts provides a creative conduit for educational, social, and economic opportunities for Native Americans through artistic development.

CSIA is located on the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation and primarily serves the tribal community through print workshops, traditional Indigenous Arts workshops, and other creative endeavors.
