    SUPPORTING ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT SIERRA LEONE (SSED) formed in 2005 as a local volontary Non-Governmental Organization (NGO). Like other peace loving developmental associations our major tasks or aims and objectives include the following: - The promotion of a simultaneous personal development and social transformation. We believe that when we encourage the personal development of persons we can also be seen to transform their social capacities. - To give micro-credit to war affected people with the aim of helping them start up for themselves. - To assist in developing local knowledge putting local talent and potential to use and empowering communities through the access of data. - If enhance by well meaningful donors, we intend to intensify the fight against all forms of violence, including physical, economic, social, sexual, moral, religious and psychological. - To provide humanitarian support for war affected sierra Leoneans. Our organisation was first called the Association for Human Development Sierra Leon which we have now change the name to SEED SIERRA LEONE.
