Our Home Our City

We are dedicated to providing homes, job skills, career paths, transportation assistance, medical resources, clothes, and support to homeless vets and foster kids who have aged out of the system. Our goal is to empower them with the resources they need to transition from homelessness to a stable home and have a healthy and fulfilled life.

We partner with other organizations in the area that are in need and align with our mission as well.
