Grandmas House of Hope

  • Mission

We provide vulnerable adults experiencing homelessness in Orange County with emergency and transitional housing to regain stability, well-being, and lasting self-sufficiency.

    About Us

Many of those we serve have endured years of trauma, abuse, and neglect. They are often overlooked-single adults, living with chronic illnesses, mental health challenges, and/or the long-term effects of violence and exploitation. Our Rescued and Restored Housing Program provides not just shelter, but a lifeline: 12 single family homes offering emergency, bridge, and transitional housing, staffed by a trauma-informed team that delivers personalized care and support. In a safe, stable environment, clients begin to heal, regain dignity, and rebuild their lives. We meet them where they are at with compassion, structure, and hope, helping them move from crisis toward independence. At Grandma’s House of Hope, we believe everyone deserves unlimited chances at safety, health, housing, and a future they believe in.

For those who desire to turn their life around, our Housing Program offers physical resources like food and clothing, and Restorative Services like Case Management, Housing Navigation, Group and Individual Counseling, Career Mentorship, Wardrobe Assistance, Life-Skills Workshops, and After-Care for up to two years - tools to inspire independence and long-term healing.
