FITCI's mission and goals tie together in order to foster entrepreneurship is Frederick County, while actively contributing to the County's job growth. FITCI serves to encourage technological innovation and accelerate the development of commercially viable companies. In doing so we provide resources and services particular to start-up technology-based businesses. FITCI is a business incubator/business accelerator and has an unrelenting focus on client success, combined with its entrepreneurial staff with years of experience in operating and managing product and service based technology organizations, provide a truly unique environment for start-up entrepreneurs. FITCI clients are excited to be a part of an organization where limitless opportunity is the norm and success is contagious! The FITCI facility has grown substantially from its initial location to 17,000 square feet of space at the Monocacy Technology Campus on Metropolitan Court in Frederick, Maryland.
