    The mission of Sisters in Shelter is to provide safe housing and restorative programs for adult female survivors of human trafficking and to provide education and awareness about the issue of human trafficking to first responder and the civic community.

    Our vision is to educate; advocate; provide safe housing, medical care, safety planning and legal advocacy; empower survivors to lead full and satisfying lives through skill development.

    The organization has a safe house in a location separate from its office and provides short-term emergency shelter and long-term shelter with comprehensive rehabilitative services.

    The organization also does preventative education in schools and presents programs to churches, community organizations, etc.
