As a faith-based, 501c3 asset-based community development organization, GNP is committed to providing access to affordable housing, economic development, and education to our resident partners as they transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency and homeownership. GNP does this through a housing continuum that includes: New Life Interim Housing, a 36-bed shelter for women, women with children, and intact families who are homeless or in immediate crisis; the Jonquil Hotel, a single room occupancy for 71 families; 44 units of subsidized rental housing; and 43 units of cooperative affordable housing for low- and very low-income families. Through our staff, community partners and volunteers, GNP reaches over 500 resident partners and 700 community residents each year.
