The 600 Jefferson Avenue Block Association

New York, NY

  • About Us

Our block association helps unite the residents of the block and stay abreast of local issues impacting our community. We initiate projects that promote a safer, cleaner and more attractive block such as our summer and fall planting days, annual cleanup and block parties to name a few. We are a volunteer member supported organization that includes homeowners and renters who reside on our block. We are located in Historic Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, NY on Jefferson Ave., between Stuyvesant Ave., and Malcolm X Blvd. Also, our organization uses the acronym, 600 JABA. Our current president is Gloria Sandiford, effective January 1, 2010. For more information please email us at: QGDS@aol.com
