Vision Statement: Owensville Primary Care continues its pledge to provide quality medical services at a reasonable cost to our patients and as a nonprofit organization to return our financial gains to our needy patients through free or discounted services. This is our vision and commitment to our fellow citizens.
Mission Statement: The mission of Owensville Primary Care Community Health Center shall be to provide primary health care services to the citizens of Anne Arundel County without regard to ability to pay for those services, thereby assuring that all of those in need have access to quality health care.

Values Statement: Our staff is committed to deliver services to our patients with compassion, caring, confidentiality and professionalism. We are committed to constant review of standards of care and quality improvement. Our local citizen based Board of Directors assures responsiveness to community concerns.
