Champion Access is a nonprofit organization committed to giving underemployed adults – those working in a low-paying job that requires less skill than one possesses – an opportunity to gain leadership skills and begin to unlock their true potential. Graduates will have greater access to jobs that pay a sustainable wage and will become role models for other aspiring champions.
