We work to adress the critical issues facing Brooklyn communities including poverty, homelesness, childcare, teen pregnancy, and literacy. Fannie Barnes Residence, a subsidiary of Urban Strategies , elevates our local community by providing the key ingredients for succesful family and community development. Our all inclusive approach encourages self- empowerment through educational, professional, social, housing, and community services. Fannie Barnes programs and services include After School Program, Kids Club, Youth Leadership, Brooklyn College Mentorship, Daycare, Summer Camp, Homeless Shelter Food Pantry, and Computer Lab.
