    Silverado Hospice was founded in 1996 when there was a desire for providing a better quality of life and caring for those with memory impairments. It was thought that at the end of life's journey, patients should benefit from end-of-life care delivered with quality and with a diverse team consisting of nurses, physicians, social workers, spiritual counselors and volunteers. Silverado Hospice collaborates with multiple facilities in California and Texas.
