The Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) Forums are here to give local people have a real say on how health services in their communities are run
PPI forums are made up of volunteers from your local community who are enthusiastic about improving local health services and giving people from all parts of the community a voice.
Volunteers get involved things like inspecting NHS premises, talking to patients, staff and community groups, raising service concerns patients have and consulting with the wider public. It is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to help improve services for their community.
You don't need any previous experience or knowledge of health services, all out of pocket expenses are covered and we also provide a wide variety of training courses
The PPI forums are independent and have legal powers to ensure the NHS listens and their work makes a real difference.
