For youth and young adults in marginalized communities who suffer poor health and wellness, AHHM is a nonprofit that delivers actionable health and wellness education programs that are more inclusive and accessible. We don’t do boring lectures! AHHM programs take a holistic approach to physical and emotional well-being, using interactive experiential learning techniques that make learning fun. Our programs inspire empowerment and resilience to break the barriers to optimal health and well-being in the communities we serve. To help deliver practical education and continuing resources, AHHM partners with any community organization or institution focused on helping youth live healthier, happier lives.
