    The Jesse Thompkins III Foundation for Young People in the Arts (JT3 Art) invests in the development of emerging artists who best embody our namesake’s tenacity in the pursuit of their artistic passion. The JT3 Artist Awards Program assembles a panel of film industry professionals to judge the short films, screenplays and commitment of emerging Brooklyn NY and Washington DC screenwriter/directors between the ages of 18 and 30.
