Afropresencia is an organization founded in 2007 in Brooklyn, New York. It is a grassroots network of individuals of African descent focused on advocating for social, racial and economic justice within the Americas and the Caribbean.
The Mission of afropresencia.com is to promote the voice of scholars and activists among the global community through its website; in addition to facilitating conversations that can aid in overcoming racism, sexism, class exploitation and homophobia.
