The Informed Voter Project

The Informed Voter Project focuses on voter education and informed tracking of elected representatives / election candidates. Our vision is to create educated citizen engagement in the governance of our cities, which will help us spawn a progressive democracy.

As of now we operate in Mumbai, and have two flagship initiatives: - Prior to every election, creating candidate profiles for each candidate in each constituency of Mumbai. These profiles aim to help voters make an informed choice on who to select as their representative. - In non-election periods, tracking the elected representatives from Mumbai and analyzing their performance versus promises made at the time of election.
