  • About Us

The mission of the Urban League of the State of Arkansas (ULSA) is to advance economic and social prosperity for underserved Arkansans by creating access to opportunity through advocacy, community partnerships, programs, and services. After a hiatus of over 20 years, ULSA re-opened its headquarters in 2015 with a statewide focus and vision to serve as a movement builder and advocate, especially for communities of color. The re-imagined ULSA is focused on launching sustainable direct service and advocacy programs, research, and building partnerships statewide around education and youth development, health care, jobs and employment, and housing.
