About Us
Seton Hall University School of Law provides students with outstanding legal preparation through a variety of doctrinal courses, clinical opportunities, and experiential learning. The Institute for Privacy Protection, founded in 2016, operates under the leadership of Director and Professor Gaia Bernstein. The Institute seeks to educate consumers and businesses and to provide inter-disciplinary forums to address emerging privacy issues.
