About Us
Mission Statement: "We, the missionaries, inspired by the charism and mission of the Incarnate Word, choose to live in community and walk in solidarity with the economically poor and marginalized, in order to be transformed by them and to transform unjust social structures that keep people economically poor and marginalized."
We offer opportunities to do missionary work (from 1 to 3 years)in the U.S., Guatemala, Mexico and Peru. The focus of the work is varied and can include areas such as Health, Education, Working with the poor to create cooperatives, and projects as a source of income; serving as a liaison for the non-english speaking communinity, and so on.
