CRPS FORUM

To tell you a little about our nonprofit, our founder and Executive Director was diagnosed with CRPS in 2011. While searching for valid information about her diagnosis, she realized there wasn’t a message board forum for The CRPS Community. In 2014, she decided to create CRPS Forum and launched it that fall.

She has worked with Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, and Anaheim to proclaim and support CRPS Awareness Day for the last four consecutive years. On July 21st, 2017, she organized the first Major League Baseball game and CRPS Awareness game, which was held at Dodger Stadium. In order to continue her mission, CRPS Forum became a 501(c)(3) in the beginning of 2018.

We recently had our third annual awareness game at Dodger Stadium on August 3, 2019, and our Second Annual CRPS Convention is coming up on November 2nd and 3rd, 2019 at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel(r) and Spa in Anaheim, CA. We are excited to watch CRPS Forum grow and thankful for your support.
