Lorain County Community Action Agency

The Lorain County Community Action Agency (LCCAA) has been making a positive difference in our county since it was incorporated in 1966. LCCAA is committed to improving the social well-being, economic capacity and opportunities for low- to moderate-income individuals and families.

In the past year, 18,000 Lorain County Residents received assistance from the Housing, Energy and Emergency Assistance programs of Lorain County Community Action Agency. LCCAA programs include Head Start Education, Housing and Energy Services, Home Ownership Training, Certified HUD Housing Counseling Agency, Financial Literacy Training, Emergency Energy Conservation, and the Home Weatherization Program.
