Fox Valley Special Recreation Foundation

  • About Us

We are Fox Valley Special Recreation Foundation (FVSRFoundation), a registered charitable organization established in 2010.

Our role is to establish and foster support from individuals, businesses and organizations in an effort to further the goals and ideals of the Fox Valley Special Recreation Association (FVSRA).

Comprised of seven member agencies (the Park Districts of Batavia, Fox Valley, Geneva, Oswegoland, St. Charles and Sugar Grove; and the South Elgin Parks and Recreation Department), the FVSRA district spans nearly 450,000 households. We have been providing our own year-round programming & summer day camps, inclusion support within each respective agency and Special Olympic athletics for individuals with disabilities for nearly 40 years.
