  • Mission

    IPHS' mission is to advance population health sciences through scientific research, adaptive training and coaching, and partnership development to improve health and wellbeing of diverse populations.

    About Us

    Established in 2022, IPHS is led by Dr. XinQi Dong, a population health epidemiologist and geriatrician, formerly Director of Rutgers University Institute for Health. IPHS Strives towards our mission using the methods below:

    • Build sustainable infrastructures necessary to enable socially conscious and equity-focused population-health scientific research.
    • Leverage rigorous epidemiological methods and data-driven science to discover the scope, cause, burden, and prevention strategies for key population health issues.
    • Disseminate and translate scientific research to diverse populations through scientific research publications, reports, scientific conferences, and community outreach.
    • Foster leadership development and coaching for scientists of diverse backgrounds to prepare the next generation of leaders to shape our world.
