Spring Creek Gardens

Our mission is to develop and provide residents with positive educational and social programming that supports them in being productive, successful and competitive members of their local and global communities.

Spring Creek Gardens is a 600 unit housing development in Brooklyn, NY. The residents are eligible for Affordable Housing and some are on Section 8. The property has a youth center as well as a senior center where educational and social programs are facilitated. It’s a very unique community where building staff and the tenants have organized themselves to eliminate crime and litter within the property. It’s a great opportunity to support such a motivated community.
