Path Home

Path Home (formerly Portland Homeless Family Solutions) provides support to local families experiencing homelessness, with the ultimate goal of alleviating long-term family homelessness in the community. We:

• operate and manage shelters that provide temporary emergency housing for families with children;
• provide homeless families with children access to transitional resources so they can find permanent housing and learn new life skills to help them keep that housing long-term;
• advocate for the end of family homelessness.

Path Home operates the Family Village Shelter located in the Lents neighborhood.
