The Mantis Foundation

The Mantis Foundations mission to to provide much needed relief for the poor living in Pune, India. Over 40% of the population is living below poverty and that number is growing.  Sex Trafficking and forced marriage are common. Through your donations, we rescue young girls from unsafe situations, provide housing, education, medical care, clean water, and basic needs for these communities. We are changing lives one person at a time and providing hope for the least of these.

PROJECTS:

Mobile Medical unit – Providing medical care for the poor in rural villages where people have no access to medical care.

1. Immediate need
2. Purchase of large Van fully equipped with all medical supplies needed for examination and treatment in remote areas
3. Staffed with Driver, medical technician, Doctor, and Nurse
4. Monthly support is needed to maintain supplies and staffing

Current Medical clinic Expansion to serve the poor communities

1. Clinic construction and exam equipment
2. Add much needed dental and vision services
3. Purchase of radiographic and diagnostic ultrasound equipment

Rescue Girls from sex trafficking and unsafe living situations

1. Girls Home (Orphanage) support and expansion
2. Create larger facility for housing and care of more girls rescued
3. Create educational platforms like primary and secondary schools for education of rescued girls in the orphanage
