Early Learning Shared Services Alliance

The Early Learning Shared Services Alliance (ELSSA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with a mission to support small childcare providers in Central Florida’s low-income neighborhoods. As a shared services alliance of small centers and home-based childcare providers, ELSSA enables programs to share the costs of a centralized staff for administrative support, so that providers can focus on quality programming and education. With the support of ELSSA, small childcare providers more successfully run efficient operations that achieve greater revenue and have additional resources to hire and retain qualified teachers, devote more funds to curriculum, staff training and development, and improve the overall quality of care and education. ELSSA services include bookkeeping, financial reporting, business coaching, technical assistance with childcare management software, marketing and enrollment management, payroll and benefits management, staff recruitment, HR & legal support, accreditation coaching, grant writing, and ongoing support.
