About Us
Midwives for Haiti (MFH) increases access to skilled maternity care in Haiti by training skilled birth attendants (SBAs) and providing ongoing and adaptable solutions including institutional strengthening, transport and referrals, and clinical care provision. MFH is a 501(c)(3) based in Richmond, VA and operating programs in Haiti. Our programs educate and empower Haitian women and men to improve the health of their communities, creating lasting change in their lives and the lives of the mothers and children they care for.
