MHANY is a non-profit housing organization that provides beautiful affordable homes for low and moderate income families through affordable rental and homeownership opportunities. MHANY also provides free First Time Homebuyer and Foreclosure Prevention training and customized personal counseling to its clients. MHANY owns and manages approximately 1,500 affordable residential apartments within the local NYC boroughs as well own and manage a residential building in Patterson NJ.
