    The Western New York Alzheimer’s Caregiver Partnership is dedicated to connecting caregivers of persons with dementia with the support and services they need to lessen caregiver burden and prevent burnout. Launched in 2016 and funded by a Department of Health grant, we serve caregivers in Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara and Wyoming counties.
