  • Mission

WPCNHF strives to enrich the lives of those with bleeding disorders in Western Pennsylvania and respond to the needs of the community in a dynamic environment.

    About Us

WPCNHF is part of a larger umbrella organization - National Hemophilia Foundation (NHF). Established in 1948, NHF is the premier organization in the U.S. serving the bleeding and clotting disorders community. For sixty years, NHF continues to be a vital resource for prevention education and provides a network of support for the estimated 3 million Americans living with bleeding disorders and their families.

At our local chapter, WPCNHF assists families and individuals through a variety of programs and services including peer support groups, emergency financial assistance, advocacy, support for summer camps and educational programs to stay informed. It is our goal to promote opportunities for people who have a bleeding disorder to lead normal, productive lives. We invite you to visit our web site at www.wpcnhf.org to view our many programs & services.
