    CEPIA promotes cultural development, educational and market opportunities, physical and mental health, social cohesion and participation of the minors and their families living in poverty in Costa Rica to improve their life quality. The programs of CEPIA are principally intended for children and teenagers studying in public schools, young people living in a very high social risk, as well as for their families in the following 19 villages along the coast of Santa Cruz, province of Guanacaste
