The Justice Foundation

About Us

The specific purpose of the corporation is to provide support services to wrongfully accused and convicted indigent inmates and their families. Additionally to supply support services to indigent inmates that have served their sentences.

Situations and cases are screened and investigated to determine whether or not they are actual “Wrongful Convictions.” If the foundation believes that the case has validity and has a good chance for the exoneration of the inmate, and the inmate is indigent, funds can be provided to pay for or supplement service cost.

These services include but are not limited to legal, expert, forensic and other cost involved in providing the inmate with exoneration related services.

The Foundation also provides service to assist the inmates families, if determined that they are suffering as a result of a possible wrongful conviction. These service can include but are not limited to food, clothing, assistance in utility bill payments, or shelter.

The Foundation can assist an exonerated inmate in reestablishing themselves after release from a wrongful incarceration.

The Foundation runs on Donations, Fundraisers, Grants, and other forms of Charity or giving. The Foundation does not participate in lobbying or support of any political candidate.
