The mission of Homefirst is to deliver permanent solutions to homelessness by providing transitional and permanent housing, homeless prevention assistance, and soical services to strengthen families and build communities. Homefirst Interfaith Housing and Family Services, Inc. is a visionary non-profit organization founded in 1986 with 30 years of accomplishment and is the leading housing, social service, family stengthening and community building organization in Central New Jersey. The impact of the work of Homefirst is rooted in our strong community and interfaith partnerships. Homefirst has made a long-term commitment to providing permanent housing opportunities to build safe and stable neighborhoods and to address the needs of families through our flexible and responsive integrated three core programs encompassing: Housing & Social Services; Family Strengthening & Community Building; and Homeless Prevention Emergency Assistance.
