  • Mission

The Asian Pacific American Dispute Resolution Center provides mediation and conflict resolution services to the diverse communities in the Los Angeles area, with a focus on Asian Pacific communities. We strive to improve human relations and race relations by addressing complex, cross-cultural, community conflicts and their root causes in collaboration with community partners through education, training, and development of new models and techniques.

    About Us

APADRC is a private, non-profit organization founded in 1989 to provide dispute resolution services to traditionally underserved communities that often face language, culture, and income barriers. The Center recognizes that cultural differences can play a role in contributing to a conflict; consequently, APADRC acts as a bridge to assist parties in reaching mutual understandings and equitable solutions.
