The Every Child Matters Education Fund

The Every Child Matters Education Fund's (ECM) mission is to make investing in children’s needs a national political priority. ECM promotes smart policies aimed especially at low-income and working families, policies meant to partially close income gaps among the citizenry, such as tax credits, nutrition and health programs, plus many direct services such as Head Start and child protection.
