About Us
Our vision is to be a superior provider of extended care and rehabilitation services to the residents of the Long Island, NY and the members of the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System.
To realize this vision, we pursue the following mission: To operate and extended care facility for the highest quality of treatment for individuals suffering from illnesses or disabilities requiring silled nursing care with the goal of maximizing function and optimizing quality of life. Volunteers are an integrel part of the caring mission of the organization by providing value added support and services to the resident, families,and staff.
