About Us
Nonprofit Technology Resources (NTR) is a charitable 501(c)(3) organization based in Philadelphia, PA. Founded in1974 as "Public Interest Media Project” to provide training in and access to portable video technology, NTR began providing computer support in 1983 and took its current name in 1993. NTR's mission has been to help the Philadelphia region’s nonprofit organizations, and the people they serve, take advantage of information technology. In carrying out its mission, NTR refurbishes donated computers for distribution to those in need, provides hands-on computer training, and helps community-based service organizations use computers in their work.
