    The Multi-Ethnic Collaborative of Community Agencies (MECCA) is a coalition of community-based service providers with a vision of eliminating racial and ethnic disparities to improve the quality of life for underserved multicultural communities by ensuring the delivery of culturally and linguistically responsive services. MECCA serves 6 threshold ethno-linguistic communities within Orange County: Arabic, English, Farsi, Korean, Spanish, and Vietnamese in addition to subthreshold languages including Khmer.
