The West Virginia CASA Association is a small non-profit organization whose mission is to support and develop CASA programming throughout the state of West Virginia. Currently, there are eleven local member CASA programs serving 27 of our state’s 55 counties; those programs utilize trained community volunteers to speak for the best interests of abused and neglected children in court. WV CASA and its network of twelve local CASA programs are part of a national movement that began in 1977.
In short, the West Virginia CASA Association is the hub of the network of Court-Appointed Special Advocate programs in West Virginia.
