    Crisis Intervention & Suicide Prevention Center seeks to provide readily accessible help to people in their times of greatest need.

    About Us

    The Crisis Intervention & Suicide Prevention Center (Crisis Center) is a program of Youth & Family Assistance. Forabout 50 years, the Crisis Center has been the only 24-hour suicide and crisis hotline in San Mateo County. We also operate the county's Alcohol and Drug Helpline and offer the area's only Survivors of Suicide group. And finally, our Youth Intervention Team does crisis assessment and intervention to at-risk youth in schools.
