    Urban League of Greater Hartford, Inc. (ULGH) is a community based, not-for-profit 501(c) (3). Urban League provides programs and services in the areas of: Adult Education; Youth Development; Workforce Development and Training; Economic Empowerment; and Health and Wellness.

    Our focus is on empowering people in need to change their lives.
