To cure Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases.
About Us
The Upstate New York Chapter of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation holds a variety of events to raise funds and awareness for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, as well as educational programs and resources to provide up to date information about IBD.
