    Hartley Safe House provides a short term, emergency shelter to women that are victims of domestic violence. We provide referrals, resources and advocacy while empowering women to end the cycle of violence.

    Our goal is to promote social change within our society by educating women, leaders and the community about the effects of domestic violence.
